If I could give no stars, I would have. The company is not focused on customer service or fulfilling their obligations. Do not purchase a subscription from them for any theatre. You will run into pending orders which then get canceled by company and instead of helping you replace the order, they copy and paste terms and neglect understanding the issue at hand. Use a different ticketing app or purchase directly from the theatre, Atom Tickets has no interest in you as a customer.
