I had to cancel a showing through Atom Tickets and chose the wrong option when processing my cancellation. I clicked on Cash instead of Refund by accident. I contacted Atom to see if I could correct this mistake and they said they could not make the correction nor could I make the correction for my refund. This was a substantial refund and I needed this money. Do NOT use Atom! Even if I chose Refund, they do not give a FULL Refund of your own money! Their policies are corrupt and immorally wrong.
