If I could give zero I would!!! This is a terrible app and terrible, terrible customer service. You can only contact them through e-mail and they are very slow in responding. Well you can you use automated chat which then referred me to e-mail. I tried calling a number I found on-line and it said they didn't have phone service at this time! I reached out to them 5 days prior to my movie and they responded back wanting more information, so I sent what they requested and never heard anything back until the day after the date of my movie!! I sent proof of purchased via a bank statement and they told me that the theater took out the money, Oh well the theater wasn't ATM.TK! This was a frustrating experience, I will be deleting this app. and telling my friends! STAY AWAY from this unless you like losing money.
