My husband and I had forgotten to renew our policy and luckily we were reminded with a phone call. Tina, who we were transferred to, was very kind and helpful. She was also very patient with my husband, who has a speech impediment. She told us about the speech to text telephone number and this is something that might be useful to my husband to make him feel more confident, if he ever needs a call out. Thank you again for your kindness. We were made to feel like we were more than just a number.
