This is my 3rd year with Auto Aid, as of yet I have not had to use the breakdown service, so I am unable to review that part of the service. I can however review the administrative, telephone, online service and I am very satisfied with that. I do prefer to renew by speaking to a person. Today I spoke to Elsie, who was very helpful and clarified a query that I had. I completed my renewal , and have received my documents. So up to now, I am happy to say a very good service, I have reccomended Autoaid to family members and friends. I just hope that if I have to use the breakdown service, that it is as efficient as the administrative/ renewal procedure. Many Thanks.
