Jacky has been extremely helpful in dealing with my complaint after an initial delay. She was apologetic for this delay and for the incident which led to my complaint. Jacky has offered me a very reasonable resolution to the problem which I am more than happy with and her customer service skills along with communication have been excellent. Thank you.
