very prompt and kind service today from a lady with a lovely phone manner. Also special thanks to the gentleman who dealt with my breakdown query yesterday and kindly explained that my policy had not been renewed so that I was not covered. I thought that I had sent a cheque though did not check if it had cleared so take total responsibility for this. He explained my alternatives very clearly and I decided to make alternative arrangements getting my car dealt with my a local garage this morning who explained that I had flattened by battery by pumping my car tyres up with the in car cigarette lighter powered compressor and needed a new battery anyway. I have learnt from this to pump up tyres with the motor running and of course to pay for my renewal with yourselves over the phone. Many thanks for all your help and the excellent work of your staff.
