Just submitted a very positive report on the breakdown service.
However why do you charge 5 pounds to send a hard copy of the renewal? You used to send this for free.It will not cost you that to send it by post.Seems exorbitant to me.And there must be people who do not have access to a computer who now have to pay extra.Not a good move, Auto Aid! Seems a bit shabby to me.
