Everything ok and the attitude of the staff member was very pleasant. My only issue was that when I read the emailed document, the house number had been entered incorrectly. I then had a little difficulty getting back in contact as all phone lines must have been busy. Hopefully now, everything has been rectified & all my correct details are on your database.
