Recently had front coil spring crack whilst driving and sharp end scraping tyre. Just managed to pull into side road and avoid puncture. Called Autoaid after I'd left the car to walk and meet my wife a mile away. By the time I returned to the car the Breakdown was already there waiting for me. He got me and the car to my designated garage. Autoaid were very clear and helpful over the phone and informed me that the Breakdown service would be there very soon and they were very quick. Made the whole process very simple. The breakdown guy said without Autoaid cover the charge would be been £120. So the cover is definitely worth having.
