my issues are with Auto Europe and in particular with José Manuel.
My flight was cancelled into Helsinki, I advise José Manuel and he said they had advised Finrental, but he admitted via email he didn't. when I arrived at 23.15 to collect the car nobody was at the rental company.
I had to take out another rental with a different company for twice the price, to get me to my destination.
