Articoli arrivati non compatibili ma reso gratuito con rimborso
Ho avuto un problema che alcuni articoli non erano adatti alla mia auto quando il sito li mostrava come compatibili.
Dopo alcune difficoltà con il first level del customer service sono stato contattato telefonicamente e ho ricevuto l'autorizzazione al reso gratuito con il rimborso.
