Ordered a MAF from here. Stated that it was OE Quality. Having not resolved the problem I had to take the car to a garage who diagnosed the brand new MAF was faulty.
Not impressed with the fact that budget, Far East products are marketed as OE Quality because it's a comical claim when you realise they're Wish/Temu standard parts. AutoDoc would do well to remove the poor quality items and just leave the decent branded parts instead.
However, my complaint was listened to (only when I got the garage to provide an invoice stating the MAF was faulty) and not only did AD 100% refund my original order, I was also refunded the labour charge incurred in diagnosing the fault and for that I am very grateful and very impressed.
Customer services were responsive, friendly and helpful. So yes, I would use AD again but I would stick to the branded parts.
