An absolute disgrace, do not be influenced by good prices and do not trust any time frame for delivery or refunds given as it's not going too be true. I ordered a part which said 1-2 days delivery only to be told there was an additional 3-5 days despatch time, when i asked for a refund I was told I would have to wait 1-3 days for my money to put into my account but when I chased it up I was told it hadn't even been put through for 2 days. Disgusting business practice!
