i purchased flexible brake pipes on 30th March 2020 its now 19th may 2020 no pipes, they keep telling me its an address issue yet i paid via paypal and my address on paypal is correct i get lots of car parts delivered, they have not refunded my payment and insist the pipes are at the courier ware house i asked if the address is wrong it was your end not mine. why do you not correct the address as you know it and deliver my parts.
