Ordered a wheel cylinder but what arrived after a 2 weeks was incomplete(a seal was missing i side)which wasn't found till the part was fitted,
Autodoc claims it was a warranty item,so,whilst waiting for the claim to be processed,i had to buy another cylinder now they want to refund the part only,NO POSTAGE.
THEY SUPPLIED A FAULTY UNIT AND DIDNT EVEN OFFER A REPLACEMENT PART,so i am out of pocket again after waiting 6 weeks.
Autodoc.co.uk and buycarparts.co.uk plus more poor service expected better from a German company.
