I flew this company in the summer, IAD-GYE on business class, what a terrible experience! On my return flight which left early in the morning, I asked for a blanket for it was cold, I was told to pay $15 for it; I was expecting at least a coffee, nothing unless you pay, and remember I was in business class!!! I have been bombarded with their adds and they have the audacity to offer a business class ticket for $2800 on the same route.
I would not fly this company even if they give me a free ticket and get paid on top of that.
