Would rate lower if I could, absolutely horrendous can barely talk to a human and when you do they just lie to you, car was vandalised and I’m still waiting for a garage to accept my car I’ve not had one phone call from aviva I’ve had to do all the ringing around there is absolutely no communication whatsoever. For a big well known insurance company it’s a disgrace I would stay well clear in the future
