Our car was hit during an accident outside our home in December, it was then collected and then driven back to the Solus/Aviva repair centre on 3rd January. I had reported before collection that there was an issue with transmission since it had been hit but they fobbed me off, drove the car back to me and told me there was nothing wrong with it. Me and my children were almost killed whilst driving the car the day after when it failed after being told there was nothing wrong with it! Nobody contacts you even if you escalate the matter and they refuse to speak to you over the phone. They use their own cowboy repairers who clearly know nothing about cars and are putting lives at risk. They will try anything to get out of repairing dangerous vehicles by trying to blame wear and tear but Ford proved them wrong at the diagnostic in my case and they have had to repair it. Don't waste your money on paying for enhanced courtesy car as I did as they will still give you a dodgem that does not meet your needs and nowhere near the size of your own car unlike their policy states. Stuart Colby an alleged senior complaint specialist (whom has not verbally spoken to me, only seems to correspond via email) has even gone as far to even accuse me of exaggerating what happened to my car when there is clear cctv footage of which he only saw a snippet of. The unprofessionalism of this company is unlike anything I have experienced before and their utter cheek to try and blame the customer is abhorrent! Even in the face of me proving them wrong they fail to admit any wrongdoing. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!! ZERO STARS FROM ME.
