I have building’s insurance by Aviva, the whole process has been a total nightmare, new customers beware DONT EVEN CONSIDER INSURING IF YOU ARE LEFT HOMELESS AFTER INSURING WITH AVIVA. AVIVA WILL ENJOY CONTINUING TO ADD TO YOUR WORRIES BY GIVING YOU A COUPLE OF HOURS NOTICE THAT THE HOTEL NO LONGER HAVE ROOM FOR YOU. Telephone Aviva they say they are going to put you on Hold but GUESS WHAT, YES THEY “CuT YOU OFF”. So yes we call back again to be told after requesting to speak to a manager that it is a 24 hour call back so I think one is meant to sleep in the doorway. Now I have to ask WHY do I deserve this kind of treatment after religiously paying my insurance regularly, as I am typing this review I have called them back yet again and yes you guessed correctly after 18 minutes I am still on hold. So anybody thinking of taking out household insurance read reviews first and save yourselves a lot of heartache
