I'm sure a Court of law will look Favourably on your situation, Dont hold out on the Ombudsman as they will advise you that the Insurence company reserves the right to make their final descission? You need to get a "Road Traffic Solicitor" or Solicitor who specialises in Theft. I hope you are recovering well. This is not uncommon circumstances as I can vouch for, and the police are a waste of time, I suggest you keep up payments on the car? Otherwise youl be taken to court for Fraud and Non Payment of Goods?
