I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the handling of my car insurance claim and the significant increase in my premium.
A year ago, my car was hit by a drunk driver who did not have a license. Despite the accident being entirely the other driver's fault, I have been paying almost £300 per month in premiums.
