Put a claim request in for treatment was it was rejected as they say it must be an existing condition which is funny considering it’s diagnostic surgery that has been recommended so clearly they have Drs working in their claim department as my own dr doesn’t even know what’s wrong. Asked me and my gp for information that we gave but again their extremely experienced medical team in the call centre decided it must be pre existing. They are clearly looking for loopholes to avoid paying out and I have heard about them doing this to many other people, it’s such a shame I took my insurance out as the NHS are under pressure but when I try to use it it’s rejected it’s laughable. The company is a riot and their staff are rude and lack empathy. Really regret choosing Aviva for health insurance I am now left with the option of waiting up to 2 years for the NHS or paying privately. You’re a joke.
