Absolutely terrible company my pension was supposed to be in my bank account on the 1st of November 2024. They keep telling my 7-10 days it will be in your account it’s December the 11th still nothing! Now I’ve had more lies, the money needs to be re calculated! What a load of rubbish nonsense! Just give me my money! Not possibly but Definitely the worst company I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Stay well away people! Absolutely shocking I’m so angry! Customer service is a joke !
