I had my car insurance with them for 3 years I was paying around £450 a year then they failed contact me at my address and sent mail to the wrong address that I believe it has been sent to regarding 3 accidents the first one was my first 1 was apparently hitting a parked vehicle I cause so much damage apparently the car with the right off second one was woman undertook me and hit me when try to emerge into my Lane I told them situation but my insurance company Aviva did not listen to what I told them
give it was my insurance broker I sent them the evidence and Witnesses statements to what has happened and fail to pass it on to my insurance company as I was unsure who to send it to as i was with devitt insurance, caravan Club, Arriva.

and the third was so jack ass hit the back of my car when as was waiting to pull out on the the road from a junction i said just leave it just a broken bumper i will get a new one the next day by the time i hot home i had 5 phone calls from his .............. asking what my car is like wanting pics etc at 11pm he admitted all falts to his company as they said to me over the phone so i called aviva i said how is this going to affect my policy they said it will not as he was at falt and has accepted all responsibilities from the accident so no thanks to this my renewal price is just over £2200 a year and i did not even make make a claim for that thanks aviva, devitt insurance caravan club insurance for penalising honest people
