Horrible!
I returned a dress and except from the fact that I got charged the delivery to return the dress, I got a refund less than the value of the dress. I paid, just for the dress without delivery fees, £19.99 and got a refund £16.04.
On top when I mailed them asking for the stolen money back, they sent an automatic reply.
