RIP OFF MERCHANTS! RIP OFF MERCHANTS!! If I could give no stars I would. Returns policy is quite simply daylight robbery. You have to pay for the postage and return postage. FINE! But then they have the audacity to charge you £3.95 (which they will deduct from your refund... when you eventually get it!) for the returns label which YOU have to print off on YOUR printer using YOUR ink and YOUR paper. One other thing, if you’re going to buy from this company (which I wouldn’t recommend) and need to return your item (which you probably will) ALWAYS, pay for tracking and a signature, otherwise they’ll tell you they never received it.
