The customer service is appalling. I’m waiting for a refund for £120. They received the return over a month ago. They say allow 15 working days. They don’t respond to emails and there’s no phone number. I don’t even know if I’ll get the refund, they don’t communicate. Trading standards next. Do not use this website!
