Appalling customer service with only method of contact and email address that they don’t respond to. I bought something two weeks ago and chased for an update as it got lost. When it arrived 9 days after it was supposed to it was in a bag addressed to someone else with my address stuck over it, the items had clearly been taken out by someone else and shoved back in and returned. There was no returns label inside, it had been ripped off but my name was on the paperwork. They have a 14 day window to return and it hadn’t even arrived within that window. Ive been waiting for a refund before I send back and have had no response. I returned another rites that did arrive on time which I sent on Special Delivery. It arrived at AX Paris returns a week ago and they still haven’t processed the return or contact me. Horrendous company.
