Bought 2 dresses (for occasions I was attending) but didn't like one of them as it didn't look like the photo (neither of them did but one was for a wedding a couple of days later and I had nothing else so had to go with it as it was "ok". Quality not great for the price would have expected more - I've had just as nice if not better quality things from Shein!! Probably all made in the same factories anyway as all made in China. Anyway I returned 26th May and just got my refund today 10th June so 9 working days (after 2 Bank hols) for refund which is so so, but they took 4.95 off for returns cost! Wouldn't mind if delivery was free in the first place but I paid 5.95 for delivery to begin with!! Wouldn't have had to return it if it looked anything like the photos online. You'd think paying these kinds of prices (£40-50 per dress) they'd give free delivery and/or free returns! Especially in this day and age!
