AX paris don't want to hear about what went wrong to improve service. They are just interested in the money. LUCY, the person I've been emailing is absolutely useless. I'm convinced she is a robot or incapable of thinking outside the guidelines as I get the same nonsensical response each time I respond. I've asked for a breakdown on the return charge. The website clearly states £4.95 for return if you use their label (cheaper if you dont) but they took over £11 from me for three return and cannot explain to my why. Absolutely appalling service. They want you to get tired of chasing them for refund so they keep the money. A proper scam which needs to be investigated.
