No free delivery or free returns. Such a scam
Whilst I liked the jumpsuit I ordered it was too big and I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. They do not exchange and do not do free returns! What online clothes shop doesn't do free returns in this day. £4 for delivery and £5 just to send back a £20 jumpsuit and then I would need to repurchase a new one and pay another £4 delivery. Utterly ridiculous when I could of bought their stuff on new look with free delivery and free returns. Will never be using their site again. Total waste of money
