It was a pleasant experience when it came to ordering. However, when it came to the delivery side of things I was absolutely disgusted. First of all my delivery went to someone else's house and I wasn't notified by the courier. I was given coordinates for a house that isn't even located on or near my road. When I got in touch with customer services I kindly explained my situation and asked for a refund or for them to dispatch my item again. Unfortunately, when they responded I was told it was out of their hands practically hinting there is nothing they can or want to do about it. I am disappointed that this has happened as I had a lovely experience in the past.
