Same opinion/ experience as other reviews really, things arriving extremely creased, £9.00 order and to return so you're left out of pocket just to try something (return cost does not need to cost this I'm sure and most do free returns or cheaper leaving customers with no choice but to conclude its a possibly a scam to get some money out of customers even if they return) ,poor quality at times, returns portal sometimes doesn't work probably so you can't generate a label (possibly deliberately to make you give up and just keep it). Bad service/ experience is not the word.
