NEVER ORDER FROM AX PARIS.
I ordered on two different occasions looking for a wedding outfit. 2/3 items needed to be returned but as they have different order numbers I have had to pay £6.95 X2 to return,
I spoke to post office directly and they only charge £3.95 for this and this also covers any loss or damages.
So next time I won’t be using your returns portal I will be using post office directly. NOT THAT I WILL BE USING YOU AGAIN!!!
Just by returning two items I have lost out on £14!
