Returns only allowed within 14 days from date of purchase being received. If sent back outside this time you inky get a gift card instead of refund and also pay an £8 late fee. Returns are charagble via their portal at a fee of £6.95 or your chosen courier at a standard charge plus £3.95 processing fee. Please please avoid. Their clothes do not fit appropriately either. I reat.hope they go bust soon as treat their customer terribly.
