Totally disgraceful. I returned a sale item worth £24.99 within the 14 days but unfortunately were informed that sale items you had to have a gift voucher which I did receive but have not found anything that I wanted to purchase until now. Visited the site only to find that my gift voucher has expired!! how can they take £24.99 of someones money surely that is not right.
I am currently awaiting am email reply to see what the response is.
