Customer service is shocking! Total ignorance towards the covid-19 situation as they haven’t extended their return period and expect customers to return items within 14 days. Yet it is ok for AX Paris to delay refunding your money back (if you are lucky to get your money back).
I returned my package a few days out with the 14 days due to a lockdown being in place and explained this to AX Paris Customer Service. They are refusing to refund me my £96 and are ignoring my emails.
The quality of clothing is not good standard, I have had issues with this company previously with tops ripping etc.
