I ordered two pairs of shoes and a dress, all three items weren't suitable so I returned them all in the same package, I have had a refund for the dress but no mention at all about the shoes!
I have emailed four times and had no response at all and the phone number given online for their customer helpline is for one of their franchised outlet stores, absolute joke of a company, I will definitely not be buying anything more from this clothing website!
