I wish I knew what “free upgrade” meant for certain pumps? Not sure if it just means the pump is free with your insurance? I also wish they stocked more than two brands of milk storage bags. But! Otherwise they were great. Easy to navigate website, order was shipped fairly quickly after placing, and arrived within a few days (even during the crazy Christmas season!).
