I reached out via email on a Friday around 4pm to inquire about receiving a hands free breast pump through my insurance and with a prescription ready if needed. Within the hour, I had a had a back and forth conversation with a representative, answering all my questions and confirmed shipment of the selected pump. By Sunday afternoon, the pump, as well as milk storage bags and a prescription for compression gear arrived at my home. The customer service has been great and the expedited delivery service is a plus. I have not used the pump and I am not due for another 2 weeks but so far my overall experience has been pleasant.
