I ordered a queen sized mattress pad for my sister for her birthday, prior to her telling me she bought herself a king sized bed for herself. We asked to exchange for a larger size. I purchased this during Black Friday at a discount. They refunded me the full price for the mattress pad, along with enough to cover the fully priced king size AND SHIPPING. Over the moon with the service here. Couldn’t be happier and I didn’t even get anything, besides great service and a happy sister. Thank you!!
