“My first purchase was via a vendor at a dog agility trial. I then made purchases via that vendor's page on the Back on Track website. The best customer service I've encountered in a long time. There was a small issue with my shipped order and they resolved the issue beyond my expectations. Not to mention this is my first time using the product line and have been using now for 3 month and seeing great results. I will be a loyal customer as long as the service and products maintain this high level quality that I have experienced so far.”

“I love all of your products. It has helped my older dogs so much using the little jackets that you have for them. Also, I use your fingerless gloves since I am a groomer. I need all the help I can get for my hands and wrist and I've been very pleased with those products. Now I have ordered the mattress pad. Can't wait to try it for a couple of weeks and hopefully it will help my poor arthritic back. Looking forward to feeling better.”

“Bought mini-blanket for my niece who had some bone injuries from an auto accident. Have used Back on Track for many years, for horses, dogs and ourselves (knee braces, mini-blankets, wrist brace, etc.)They WORK! Comforting and seriously therapeutic, currently using mini-blanket to speed healing of broken arm. Definitely rate products at least 7 out of 5.”

“I feel like I have a new friend. Michele might not agree after answering lots of questions from me. It started with the purchase of your knee brace which has really eased the arthritis in my 72 year old knees. It worked so well and I wear it daily that I thought I would try the boxer shorts for post inguinal hernia surgery pain. Then I thought your back brace might help my constant lower back pain. I’m very impressed with your products and customer service from Michele. I will recommend Back on Track to all my friends!!”
