Very frustrated with trying to make a return of a defective process. Picture upload was noted as optional but return request would not go through without it. Picture upload criteria very difficult to fulfill and even when accomplished, picture upload was not accepted and return request did not go through. No way for me to contact customer service more directly. Sent message through their contact us tab- I don't know if it actually went through or not. Have not heard back from the company.
