It's early yet, I've only worn these one day. I have the wrist brace, lower leg brace, and polo shirt. Both braces offer firm support and are comfortable. The shirt is great. It's cut to fit without bulk and stays tucked in. For all 3 items, I cannot speak to the therapeutic benefits yet. Everyday is pain, so if one day is slightly less pain it's hard to say exactly what helped. I was hesitant to wear heat reflective items on a summer day. But they seem to breathe well. I intend to buy more of the same products, so I can wear some while others are being laundered. Then I'll know more about the long term affects of repetitive wear.
