Generally there have been no issues with Backcountry.com Order an item get it generally close to on time. Today was a fun - was attempting to simply place a gift card to be sent as a gift. Noticed that there would be a shipping charge for said gift card which based on their shipping policies should not be the case. What I thought would be a quick and simple solution turned into 45 minutes of wasted time. Note that Backcountry Chat representative, Addie needs additional on job training.
