Bought an "Excellent refurbished" server from this seller's eBay page (comes easily for me to purchase from eBay) and I was shocked to receive a device that is bent, with deep scratches and parts missing.
Messaged the seller about those issues and the only reply that I got from them was a fake excuse that is a refurbished unit and should be like that.
PS: In their description: Excellent - Refurbished: Appearance: The item may show minimal wear, such as very light scratches.
