I had a small issue with a spring that was missing from a Dell server rail pair. It’s wasn’t a massive issue , but Bargain Hardware responded by shipping me a replacement the same day as they were aware of an issue.
Best customer service I’ve had in a long time.
What’s more , it wasn’t a high value piece of kit but they treated me the same way as they would have done if it was a multi thousand point item.
Would absolutely recommend Bargain Hardware to anyone looking for great value kit and excellent after sales care.

“I ordered a HP Z4 G6 at Bargain Hardware. I had to make a call and had some further correspondence to make sure everything was right. The original agreement was the PC would be prepped with 4 caddies to carry 4x3,5 inch hard drives. I was expecting the two upper front slots to be made ready for that. After all that was the agreement and my invoice did say 4 caddies extra were bought. However upon arrival the PC only contained two caddies. Furthermore the invoice said it would be fitted with 1TB Nmve from DELL. But The Nmve installed is a Hynix. So I inquired about these changes and the missing caddies. More than a week now still no answer. The last thing is the Workstation was delivered with one single sata cable even though it should be made ready for 4 drives. Have to say not really what I expected. But in the start before I bought the PC the emails were swift and to the point. And now after no answer. I have to mention that I live in Denmark so I am not likely to stir up a big fuss about it. I will probably just spend the additional 120GBP here to rectify the errors. But I have to admit that the chances of me ever buying something from Bargain hardware again are slim to none. Quite the unfortunate ending to something that seemed promising.”
“I ordered a Dell R940 and it arrived well packed and in good physical condition. It turned out, however, that either one of the CPUs was faulty, or the BIOS on the board had been corrupted. The company paid to have it shipped back, repaired, and then shipped back to me within a week. Throughout, the support team were responsive and spoke to me like an adult (which sadly, is not a given in IT now).
This is my second purchase and I don't doubt there'll be many more.”

“Bought an "Excellent refurbished" server from this seller's eBay page (comes easily for me to purchase from eBay) and I was shocked to receive a device that is bent, with deep scratches and parts missing.
Messaged the seller about those issues and the only reply that I got from them was a fake excuse that is a refurbished unit and should be like that.
PS: In their description: Excellent - Refurbished: Appearance: The item may show minimal wear, such as very light scratches.”
