This is probably the worst company I have dealt with. I purchased an Electric Towel Radiator on the 9th of August. It worked well for a couple of weeks then it failed. I contacted Customer Service. The first they did is to find out if I did something wrong. Then they wanted me to repair the Radiator myself; wherein fact it is still be under warranty. I insisted that I want a replacement rather than doing the repair myself. This took many weeks of correspondence. I finally, insisted that I want a replacement so I sent the Radiator back. Now they are saying they did not receive it; even though DHL has a tracking number. My first contact with them was on September 18. This is the day I informed them of the problem. It's now October 18; I still don't have resolution to it. I ended up with nothing; after I paid for the item worth £106.94. If you do decide to buy from this Company. I'm hoping you won't have the same experience. Goodluck!
