Clients shower supplied with one part missing. Despite calls and emails to customer services they have failed to remedy the matter and have left the client with an unusable bathroom.

Absolute Nightmare. Bathroom Takeaway do not adhere to Consumer Laws! I have had an absolute nightmare with this company!. I initially ordered glass shower doors and a glass side panel. Not only did the item arrive in a completely unacceptable condition (with broken glass that was dangerously falling out of the box but, the entire ordeal was made worse by the atrocious customer service. The smashed glass which has fallen completely to the bottom of the box in shards has put our toddler and disabled household members at risk of injury. When we reached out to resolve this urgent issue, the support we received was dismissive and unhelpful (a customer service rep located in customer services!, advised me that the smashed glass 'is not the company's responsibility'). I advised the customer service rep that as an employee (customer service rep,) and the employer (Bathroom Take away), there is a law in the UK (General Product Safety Regulations 2005 which mandates that products be safe for consumers. The rep was not aware of the Law regarding Consumer Rights she stated that she 'does not understand what I am talking about' and did not appear concerned about the smashed glass or the urgency for the item to be collected immediately. Bathroom Takeaways have additionally violated the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill. For example, to get a return issued I was instructed by customer service to email photos of the item. Therefore, I sent photos of the damaged box and open glass in bubble wrap. The customer service rep was not happy with these photos consequently, she then advised to pick up the large boxed item containing glass and record a video shaking it to evidence the glass had been broken. I was also told to open the box and bubble wrap to expose the glass and evidence that the glass was broken. I advised Bathroom Takeaways that I have a mobility disability and lifting/shaking a heavy box would be extremely dangerous. Further opening the box to take pictures would result in glass falling on the floor which, is a risk for me. Bathroom Takeaway showed no care or consideration. Instead, they continued to email demanding a picture of broken glass before the returns process could be initiated. Awful Service!. Bathroom Takeaway did not even consider the overriding risk, of consumers being exposed to broken Glass! Additionally, the delivery was poorly handled: there was only one courier assigned to deliver this heavy item, I was instructed to help carry the item into the drive. As a result, I injured my back. This delivery setup was completely unacceptable and unsafe reflecting a total disregard for the safety and well-being of customers. When I contacted Bathroom Takeaway, She (customer service rep) to address these serious issues the support we received was again dismissive. She refused to take responsibility, claiming it was the fault of the delivery service and not their problem. She showed no willingness to help or acknowledge the concerns. This dismissive and unresponsive attitude also fails to meet the standards set by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill. To date: The items were meant to be collected on the 18th Nov, however, after waiting home all day the collection driver never turned up and no communication was made from Bathroom Takeaway. The items remain uncollected, leaving a hazardous situation in our home. This lack of urgent action also fails to meet the standards set by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill. Moreover, the company has violated the Disability Act, due, to the lack of proper, safe and accessible delivery resulting in the injury of my back. Additionally, I was left with no choice but to attempt to lift and shake the item further to take photos and expose the glass. Which further has had an impact on my health and disability. Also, as advised the box and glass remain dangerously in my home with no correspondence or confirmed date of collection from Bathroom Takeaway. This disregard for the needs of individuals is unacceptable and highlights their complete lack of compliance with Disability and Health and safety standards. Overall, this scenario has been playing out since the item was delivered last week and I have been trying to get this issue resolved, however, it is clear that the customer service representatives display a complete lack of customer care and competence. I strongly urge others to avoid this company, as their lack of accountability and care for customer safety and satisfaction is appalling. If there are issues you will not get them resolved appropriately or smoothly. Never Again! will I use this company, I look forward to my collection and refund.

This is probably the worst company I have dealt with. I purchased an Electric Towel Radiator on the 9th of August. It worked well for a couple of weeks then it failed. I contacted Customer Service. The first they did is to find out if I did something wrong. Then they wanted me to repair the Radiator myself; wherein fact it is still be under warranty. I insisted that I want a replacement rather than doing the repair myself. This took many weeks of correspondence. I finally, insisted that I want a replacement so I sent the Radiator back. Now they are saying they did not receive it; even though DHL has a tracking number. My first contact with them was on September 18. This is the day I informed them of the problem. It's now October 18; I still don't have resolution to it. I ended up with nothing; after I paid for the item worth Β£106.94. If you do decide to buy from this Company. I'm hoping you won't have the same experience. Goodluck!

We purchased a shower enclosure 3 years ago with "5 years warranty". The roller wheels on both screens have become faulty and seized after one year, they sent replacement rollers first time but when these seized again recently, the company are now saying they have no spare rollers and have sent me to look for replacement ones online, offering a Β£12 refund for an enclosure we can no longer use. Poor quality rollers and a disappointing customer service. Their warranty cannot be deemed as warranty if there are no spare parts available, either free or not.

They subcontracted our bathroom refit to a man called Steve Brooks and a company called Bathrooms Supreme ot Shepherd Home Improvements ( Richie Shepherd) after 7 weeks they still haven't completed the job. They never answer the phone or call back. My husband is disabled and we are still waiting for a shower seat to be fitted, he can't shower without it. We paid for a new ceiling and lights which werent fitted and for which we havent been able to get a refund.Steve Brooks is quite rude and bt telling lies tries to blame the customer for their poor service. Last time he texted me was to say he couldnt do anything as he was just boarding a plane for his holidays. I can only say don't have anything to do with any of these companies. You will oay a lot of money (which they demand up front) for a very poor service

I purchased a complete bathroom suite from Bathroom Takeaway and initially thought this was a good buy. However the quality of the bath received was well below acceptable usage. A 'hotel' sized plastic bottle (7cm high, half empty) of shampoo fell from the side of the bath and left a crack which caused water to leak. On examining the crack I could see the thickness of the acrylic layer was less than 0.5mm. I pointed this out to Bathroom Takeaway who said they couldn't do anything due to accidental damage. My reasoning was at what point wouldn't it be accidental damage, if I dropped say, a feather, pencil, toothbrush, bar of soap (heavier than the bottle mentioned previously). I'm just warning anyone reading this that the company will do anything to get out of accepting their products are substandard. I now have to rip everything out and start again. Buy cheap by twice :( I'll see how I get on with trading standards

I bought a bathroom tap from Bathroom Takeaway because of the 10 year warranty. Shortly after the chrome started coming away so I contacted them and they refused to replace the tap saying it wasn't covered under the "fit and forget" warranty. I have now contacted my credit card company for a full refund and reported them to trading standards. They are scammers and crooks!
